**TELEPHONE BANKING IS BEING DISCONTINUED**

 

Dear Telephone Banking Customer,

As we reflect on our last fifty years and look forward to the next fifty years, First Independence Bank has embarked on some changes that will allow us to better serve the needs of our customers and our community.  We are in the process of converting to an all-new banking system.  With that change, the current telephone banking system is being discontinued.  The last day the system can be used is Friday, April 23, 2021. 

We know how important it is to be able to check balances, transfer funds and review account activity.  First Independence Bank has other options for you that will provide those services and more!  Talk to one of our banking representatives today to discuss our digital options.

Remember, Friday, April 23, 2021 is the last day for the telephone banking system.  Be sure to sign up of one of our digital options prior to that change to ensure you aren’t left without access.
