Dear, Business Online Banking Customer,
On April 26, 2021, First Independence Bank will be rolling out a brand-new online Business Banking service for our Business customers. The new Business Banking will give you convenient access to your accounts, but with new features like improved alerts, robust treasury management functionality and a convenient app for access right from your smartphone. Due to the move to a new platform, we will take down the availability to access the current business online site beginning at 2:00pm on Friday, April 23rd and throughout the weekend. Please note: Business online customers should not submit any transactions with effective dates after April 23rd. There is a possibility that these transactions could be missed in the conversion. This includes ACH files.
By Monday, April 26, 2021 at 10:00 AM ET you will be able to access your business accounts through the Business Banking Login button www.firstindependence.com. If you have a direct link to Internet Banking saved as a “favorite” in your internet browser, you will need to update it.
Your username will remain the same in the new Internet Banking system. But as an added measure of security, you will be required to also put in a Business ID number when you login. Your New Business ID is unique to your business and will be sent to you on Monday, April 26, 2021.
If you utilize ACH, Remote Deposit Capture or Wire Manager, a separate email will be sent on April 25, 2021 by 8:00 PM ET with additional login credentials. It will include specific information regarding soft tokens and software drivers that are required for any customer that moves money outside of First Independence Bank.
